Work That Matters
Bail bonds isn't a normal job. The phone rings at 2 a.m., and the person on the other end is scared. Your job is to calm them down, explain their options, and get their loved one home. It's fast paced, it's real, and at the end of the night you've helped a family.
We serve all of Yellowstone County from our base in Billings. As the county grows, so do we, and we're always glad to hear from good people who want to join the team.
Who We're Looking For
We hire for character first. The skills can be taught. A strong fit looks like this:
- You're 18 or older with a valid driver's license
- You can pass a background check
- You're calm under pressure and kind to people in crisis
- You're reliable, on time, and good with details and paperwork
- You can work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
- A Montana bail bond license is a plus, but we can help the right person get licensed
What the Work Looks Like
Day to day, a bail bond agent answers calls, explains costs, prepares bond paperwork, posts bonds at the Yellowstone County Detention Facility, and follows up on court dates. You'll learn the local jail process inside and out, and you'll work directly with clients, courts, and the jail.
What We Offer
- Paid training and help with Montana licensing for the right candidate
- Flexible scheduling built around 24/7 coverage
- Pay based on experience, with room to grow
- A small local team where your work actually matters
How to Apply
No forms, no portals. Just call us at (406) 970-2020 and tell us you're calling about employment. Tell us a little about yourself and your work history. If it sounds like a fit, we'll set up a time to meet in Billings.
